Coking Wastewater without Dephenolization Treatment

Abstract：During the operation of solvent dephenolizing process, some problems such as low extraction efficiency, high operating costs and the quality of output water was easy to fluctuate and often happened. By taking measures to strengthen the removal of oil, reduce the amount of surplus ammonia water and improve the efficiency of biological dephenolizing, the solvent dephenolizing process was stopped, however the output water which was treated by the biological dephenolizing could still be able to reach the discharging standards. It could also reduce the costs of 4 310 thousand Yuan per year for wastewater treatment.
