Abstract：The experiment on preparation of the high purity Gallium oxide with NH4Ga(SO4)2 is for reference of the preparation of the high purity aluminum oxide with NH4Al(SO4)2. The technology of 3N Ga is taken as a raw material, which is purificated by segregation method, and the level 5N of the products can be reached. This technology is a simple and reliable. And the product quality is stable.
