Abstract：Combining the design of no Ni chemical composition with rolling process, the development of A588GrA weathering steels was introduced this article. In the process of trial production, by appropriate optimizing heating process, the problems of poor descaling for steel plate surface were avoided. The A588GrA weathering steel plates that meet the standard requirements of ASTM A588/A588M-2010 were produced successfully.
