Optimization of Electric Parameters for Iron Mine

Abstract：By optimizing production control, air energy transform, eliminating energy-consuming equipment, lighting energy saving measures, such as promote the use of frequency converter, the power index was improved significantly in Shandong Jin Ling iron ore concentrator. The proportion of peak, the difference of peak and valley of concentrator in 2015 averaged are 37.09% and 1.29 respectively, the various cost saving in energy saving reconstruction is about 434 000 Yuan.
