Practice of Wireless Interlock Device Used in Stacker-reclaimer in Material Field

Abstract：In view of the existing defects of electrical control system used in large-scale material field machinery, wireless interlock device is applied to the system by intelligent wireless control technology in order to increase the speed and timeliness of the interlocking reaction between the large machines and the belt. It can solve the problem of frequently stack and reclaim of material field equipment and avoid derailment accidents of stacker-reclaimer. It can ensure the stable raw supply for sinter, the overall economic benefits is more than 1 million yuan.
