Electroslag Technology for 3YC7 Alloy Remelting Production

Abstract：Using secondary electroslag remelting technology, lots of impurity and gas in 3YC7 alloy can be reduced. The secondary sinkhole of alloy rod can be removed, that made alloy rod surface smooth and increased the uniform of the chemical composition and got compact microstructure. By means of the secondary remelting electroslag desulfurization technology, the sulfur content can be reduced to less than 0.01%and it can meet the requirements of customer’s follow-up processing.
