Development of High Precision 45 Steel Free from Heat Treatment

Abstract：In order to improve the product structure and the high added value, Zibo Zhang Gang Co., Ltd. has developed high precision 45 steel which is not need heat treatment. Using KOCKS unit-rolling, round steel dimension precision can be controlled within ±0.1 mm. Through the paragraphs in the process of temperature control, the best organization and mechanical properties of product can be got, and grainsize grade is 9 to 11.
