Analysis of the Influence of Deformation Amount on the Mixed Grain Structure of Steel Plate

Abstract：The mixed grain structure of steel plate was analyzed by theory and metallographic analysis. The influence of deformation quantity on the microstructure of the steel plate was studied. The results showed that at the deformation temperature, the austenite grain fineness grade increases with the increase of deformation amount. Adopting heavy reduction can made the deformation permeate, reduce mixed grain structure and obtain fine and uniform microstructure.
