Development of Rolling Process for HRBF400 Fine Grained Steel Rebar

Abstract：Qingdao Steel take Q235 carbon steel as raw material, proper adjustment of C, Si and Mn element content, such as using critical austenite zone controlled rolling and controlled cooling after rolling process, realize the mass production ofΦ6 mm~Φ10 mm HRBF400 fine grain hot rolled steel. The product properties were inspected at the same time, the results show that the HRBF400 fine grained steel bar has uniform microstructure, mechanical properties of stability, that conform to the requirements of the relevant national standards.
