Abstract：To solve the odor problems in the naphthalene distillation process and the exhaust system easily blocked, measures such as adding new naphthalene storage tank and naphthalene loading facilities, upgrading the tail gas treatment system to transform the naphthalene delivery system and optimize the tail gas treatment were taken. These measures can ensure the product quality, improve the environment and reduce the packaging cost, unpacking cost and secondary melting cost, the cost was saved 1.01 million Yuan every year.
