Fast United Determination of the Chromium, Silicon, Nickel, Manganese, Phosphorus in Sintering Machine Grate

Abstract：The sample was treated with sodium peroxide molten leaching acidizing. Sample of chromium, silicon, nickel, manganese, phosphorus are already all oxidation state into a high price. A part of testing solution is taken, and the acidity of each element is controlled by regulation during analysis. With ammonium ferrous sulfate titration analysis chromium content directly, method of determination of silicon and phosphorus molybdenum blue degree, dimethylglyoxime photometry determination of nickel, silver halide spectrophotometric determination of manganese oxide with ammonium persulfate. The method is accurate, simple and quick operation, and the analysis period was shortened.
