Production Test of Non-sintered Flux in 105 m2 Sintering Machine

Abstract：To reduce the iron making cost, according to the existing conditions of the ore and fuel, the production practice test of non-sintered flux at 105 m2 sintering machine shows that:non-sintered flux production will cause a series of problems of decreasing the productivity of sintering machine, equipment operation rate, and the sinter ISO drum strength etc. By optimization of the sintering burdening, reasonable adjusting the thickness of material, improving the temperature of mixture, and a series of measures on the single roll crusher equipment and sinter system equipment, the sinter quality was obviously improved. The operation of sintering production was stable. And the quality of non-sintered flux production can meet the requirements of blast furnace.
