Application Scheme of Residual Heat Recovery and Production for BF Slag Water

Abstract：In order to solve the cavitation erosion problems of slag slurry pump induced by higher slag water temperature, technology scheme of heating boiler water supply using slag water waste heat was designed. The recycling of waste heat of water slag, the solution of the cavitation erosion problems of slag slurry pump induced by higher slag water temperature in practical production, the energy consumption and improvement of turbine generating capacity were achieved.
