Research and Application of Coke Preheating Drying Technology for BF

Abstract：The unstable and moisture fluctuations metallurgical coke quality of the blast furnace may affect the good situation of blast furnace and other issues. By installation of main fan for hot air stove flue gas and axial flow fan for coke bin exhaust pipe, transforming the power supply and distribution system, improving the automation control system and taking other measures, sustained stability of coke moisture can be achieved, which created the favorable conditions for the blast furnace production smoothly and low silicon smelting, and improved the comprehensive residual heat utilization rate for blast furnace, and also significantly improved the TRT generating capacity.
