Application and Research of Rapid Solidification Technology on Al-based Alloys

Abstract：This article introduced the characteristics of rapid solidification technology and the development status of rapid solidified Al-based alloys. It mainly summarized the application of rapid solidification technology in Al-based alloys, and the development status of Al-based crystalline alloy, Al-based quasicrystalline alloy and Al-based amorphous alloys. Finally, it is pointed out that the rapid solidification technology should need to further improve the process, reduce the cost, achieve mass production, optimize the alloy composition, and strengthen the multicomponent alloy rapid solidification process of theoretical research and computer simulation application in aluminum alloy materials in the process of rapid solidification.
