Optimization of Heating Process for Austenitic Stainless Steel Plate

Abstract：This article introduced the heating process system of producing austenitic stainless steel plate by air and gas regenerative furnace. Through the adjustment about heating temperature, heating system, furnace air-fuel ratio, residual oxygen and time slab heating in the furnace, the surface cracks, color and other quality defects which were caused by characteristics of stainless steel and heating system irrational are solved.
