Optimization and Application on Coal Blending Plans of 4.3 m Stamp-charging Coke Oven

Abstract：Using the test platform of the small coke oven, one chamber to oven battery, Jinan branch carried out many coal blending tests to reduce cost in 4.3 m Stamp-charging Coking Oven. The coal blending plans used gas coal, gas-fat coal and thin coal as main base and the cost is reduced 92 Yuan per ton. The coke’s quality remained stable and could meet the requirements of 1 750 m3 BF.
