Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures for High Aluminum Content Brick Crack

Abstract：The possible reasons causing high aluminum content brick crack in raw material, pug, shaping, drying, loading and baking were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were introduced. There are many aspects on the crack reason for high aluminum content brick, and one of them or several factors may be play a role. The measures should combine the actual for reducing and eliminating the hazards, and improving the qualified rate of high aluminum content brick products.
