Abstract：By using the theory of cloud computing, the complex water cooled air conditioning system can be used as‘cloud resources’ to be controlled and used. By using the intelligent control technique and the automatic startup and stop of relevant equipment, the cooling effect needed will be produced. Therefore,the cooling demand of data centre will be satisfied with the lowest energy and the lowest equipment damages. it can make full use of the air conditioners system, improve the utilisation of resources, reduce the initial investment, make balanced use of equipment, plan the repair and maintenance, and increase the life of equipment.
