Abstract:Jinan Steel’s coking wastewater was treated by anaerobic-anoxic-oxic-coagulation-sedimentation-Fenton oxidation process. Due to the following factors such as the ratio of [Fe2+] and [H2O2], the difficulty of flocculant quantity control and so on, we may meet the following problems such as the output water’s COD is above the discharge standard, the output water is muddy and the suspend solid is above the standard or the output water is green and abnormal during the operating process with Fenton oxidation method. Through adopting some measures included controlling the adding quantity of [Fe2 +] and [H2O2], discharging sludge immediately, cleaning up the Y-filter on time, or adding alkaline liquor;the output water’s index will reach the discharge standard steadily. The best COD of the output water can reach 70 mg/L.
