Abstract：Based on the alumina production by Bayer process, taking the alumina decomposing mother liquor as aluminum source, reacted with liquid water glass with certain concentration, and through slurrying, aging, crystallization, washing, drying and other processes, the 13X zeolite products with high quality were got. The process completely utilizes the alumina in the mother liquor, not only reduces the production cost, at the same time, increases the efficiency of alumina production and has not“three wastes”emissions.
