Abstract:By reducing the chromium content and improving carbon, silicon contents, the overall hardness and grind ability of repetition of cutting tools are improved. The matrix is refined and strengthened by adding alloying elements V, N and B;Adopting the KR desulphurization and EAF-GOR two step process, the phosphorus content of less than 0.012% and the sulfur content below 0.010%are achieved to ensure the purity of molten steel;Using electromagnetic stirring, water distribution process and covering slag technology, the center microstructure uniformity of slab is ensured to improve the cutting persistence of the blade of knife; By the advantage of Steckel mill, the scale and thin hot-rolled coil is produced.
