Analysis and Improve of Testing Technology of Transformer Winding Deformation

Abstract：Pointing to low judge accuracy of testing technology of transformer winding deformation and some difficult technological problems included different contacting ground place of tested body, different length between contacting ground wire in testing phase, lack original data and existing uncontrollable unknown factors, unable self checking tester etc, through adopting a series of measures, such as using a self-made fixing double clamp ground wire, using comparative analysis method of winding capacitance data and improving the self-checking method of tester, the testing accuracy rate of transformer winding deformation was increased from 50%to 95%.
