Abstract：Based on overall cloud computing framework, around comprehensive cloud application of enterprise OA system, human resource, fixed assets, file management, overall budgeting, foreign affairs management system etc., and in order to get more economic and efficient operating result, define and build an automatic operating model for allocation of resources to support green energy, effective operating, and avoid artificial risk, the operation model of cloud computing system was researched and designed and the possibility of raising automatic cloud to intelligent cloud was explored further.
