Abstract：The TiNi porous material was prepared by powder injection forming. The rheological behavior of the feedstock and the influence of pore-forming agen NaCl on the quality of the porous material specimens were investigated. The results showed that the rheological behavior of the feedstock was fine, the pore forming material significantly improved the porosity and pore size of the TiNi porous material, the NaCl residue was not detected by energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, the TiNi porous material mainly contains Ni3Ti, Ti2Ni, TiNi and TiC phases.
