Practice of Controlling Key Elements of SPHD Deep Drawing Steel

Abstract：Based on production reality of second steelmaking plant of Rizhao Steel, main control points of C, O, P, S, N and other key elements in SPHD deep drawing steel were analyzed;the ratio of BOF end-point C content ranging from 0.04%to 0.07%reached 79.3%. The main elements of controlling results are as follows:average C in tundish 0.015%;O in billet about 22×10-6, average P in tundish 0.015%, average S in tundish 0.011%, pass rate of billet N≤30×10-6 86.6%.
