Abstract：Through analyzing normal process data by regression analysis method from blow-in of Jinan Steel’s 3 200 m3 BF the influence laws by slag volume, the content of Al2O3 and MgO in slag, binary basicity to BF’s permeability, desulphurization efficiency and hearth heat reserve were found out. The results showed that under the condition of high Al2O3 and high S load to control the MgO within 10%-10.5%and the binary basicity R2 within 1.15-1.2 the BF’s permeability will get improvement and the BF smooth, and technical and economical index progress will also get advanced.
