Research on Properties of Pulverized Coal for BF Injection in Laiwu Steel

Abstract：Increasing the ratio of pulverized coal for blast furnace injection is an important method to reduce the cost of pig iron. Experiments about explosiveness, ignition point and combustibility of coal used in Laigang have been done .The results showed that the coal E has a best property in the pulverized coal, in the coal F and G the coal G without explosiveness can be injected directly, but the coal F can be be injected mixed in a small amounts because of its high explosiveness.
