Coke Quality Prediction in Shenglong Chemical Industry

Abstract：This article introduced the basic principle of forecasting coke quality by the methods of coal petrology. It is feasible that forecasting the coke quality by the indexes of mixing coal and guiding blending. Combining with actual test data from the Coke Plant of Shenglong Chemical Industry, the coke quality prediction model was established. The error analysis showed that the relative errors of the coke quality indexes are all within 6%, fully meeting the actual needs of production.
