Effect of Vanadium on Hot Deformation Behavior of Low Silicon Containing Phosphorus TRIP Steel
HOU Xiaoying
Abstract:The variation law of high-temperature flow curves under different deformation temperature and strain rate for a low-silicon TRIP steel containing phosphorus was analyzed. The constitutive equations were established and the effect of vanadium was studied. The results showed that adding 0.19%V, the deformation activation energy was increased by max 6%because of the drag effect of V in solid solution; the dynamic recrystallization was retarded and the ratios of εc/εp and σc/σp were all increased. The equation of describing the Zener-Hollomn formula for tested steel was derived. Linear equations betweenσc,σp,εc,εp and lnZ were established through regression analysis, respectively.
