Abstract：In order to improve the efficiency of high power photovoltaic inverter, Shandong Metallurgical Science Research Institute chosen Siemens S120 series adjustability power supply module as the core component of the inverter. By optimizing the parameters and simplifying the control procedures, a new generation of 500 kW high efficiency photovoltaic inverter was developed. The photovoltaic inverter achieved in one-time successful grid in a photovoltaic car parking project. The running effect is good. The measured maximum efficiency is more than 98.2%.
