E stablishment of R eaction K inetics M odel of S teelmaking S lag T ank-type H ot D isintegrating P rocess

Abstract：Using basic principle of reaction kinetics and mathematical method, and based on the application practice of hot slag disintegrating and self-dissolving technique, reaction kinetics model of steelmaking slag tank-type hot disintegrating process was established. The control of parameters and the chemical reaction rate in hot disintegrating process, the reactivity of free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide were discussed. The results showed that it is favorable to increase the upper and lower pressure differential of reaction tank, or increase the gap of slag layer, or increase the operating time and or reduce the vertical drop of the hot disintegrating tank design.
