Calculation and Simulation of the Position Relation between the Tilting Part and Dip Angle of Tilting Wagon

Abstract：With reference to the theoretical calculation method of tilting design of electric arc furnace, using this method determines the relation between the tilting part and dip angle of tilting wagon during tilting and using the virtual prototype simulation technology checks the calculation results. The results showed that the theoretical calculation method of the tilting design for electric arc furnace is also suitable for determining the position of the tilting wagon when tilting, which provides practical reference value for design and manufacture of the tilting mechanism.
