Abstract：According to the technical requirements and the practical situation of production site, the rolling passes for producing 120 mm × 245 mm specification electrode flat steel by 150 mm × 330 mm rectangular bloom adopts vertical pass in the first pass, vertical pass of 1.0 mm concave base in the third from finish pass, down force of 2 mm in the finish pass and the slope of side wall 4.6%. It solved the problems of product chamfer, perpendicularity, twisting and bending etc and produced up to 20 000 t. The product quality is good.
