Advances in the study of common electrical stimulation and their parameters in pain management

Abstract：In recent years,electrical stimulation as a common non-pharmacological treatment method has garnered significant at-tention in the field of pain research.Based on three common methods of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,transcutaneous e-lectrical acupoint stimulation and spinal cord electrical stimulation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the core design parameters of the device,compare the analgesic effects and differences of different electrical stimulation parameters(frequency,intensity,treatment duration and treatment location),and expounds the action principle of three kinds of electrical stimulation to provide a new perspective and theoretical support for the development of electrical stimulation therapy,improve pain conditions and enhance the quality of life and promote the development of electrical stimulation analgesia technology.
