Abstract:To simulate skin structure using two kinds of different ratio of oil film and cover glass alternate with stacked sample, the measurement of transverse relaxation time T 2 and one-dimensional stratified experiment were carried on the unilateral magnet reso-nance instrument. This method was used to measure the ventral and dorsal side of the forearm and to evaluate the aging process of the skin. The results showed that the increase of T 2 was directly related to the aging of the skin. For most subjects, the T2 value of the forearm exposed to ultraviolet lays will increase, comparing with the T2 value of protected forearm, this has to do with aging time,de-clince of the content of collagen in the skin and the increase of composition of free water.
