Abstract:To investigate the effects of transcranial magneto-acoustic stimulation(TMAS)on the cranial nerve of the small animals (mice). The TMAS system for the small animals was set up,and the TMAS was applied to small animals in vivo. The healthy mice and the mice with Parkinson′s disease(PD)were adopted in the experiment, and the behavioral and electrophysiological data were recorded and analyzed. After simulated by TMAS, the behavioral results illustrated that the motor function and learning ability of TAMS group had been improved obviously than that of the control group. The electrophysiological results depicted that the synaptic activity of the substantia nigra of PD mice had been promoted. These encouraging in vivo mouse experimental results suggest that the TMAS technique is effective on the brain stimulation, which might someday be put to good use.
