Design of a Three-dimensional Display Auxiliary Diagnosis System of Glioma based on Matlab GUI

Abstract：To solve the problem lack of accuracy of three -dimensional structure by using two -dimensional images , a software with a three-dimensional display auxiliary diagnosis system of glioma based on Matlab GUI was put forward .The software had functions such as reading the MRI original data ,preprocessing brain MRI images ,interpolating images to the required size ,segmenting images and reconstructing three-dimensional structures .Using this software ,brain MRI images could be appropriately preprocessed ,brain tumor tis-sue area could be extracted,the tumor area's location,shape and size could be highlighted with three -dimensional reconstruction.The software has friendly interface and is easy to use .It provides reference for clinicians to diagnose glioma and determine the treatment area .
