The Research of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources Data Integration Platform and Its Application in Continuous Healthcare

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of doctor who in clinical activities out hospital cannot obtain the patient''s hospital and discharge clinical information at the same time,leading to medical information rupture and the patients can''t obtain their clinical information anytime and anywhere.The HL7 FHIR(fast healthcare interoperability resources,FHIR) standard was used as the core information model which transformed the heterogeneous systems information into a uniform format.And the RESTful WebService which conjuncted FHIR was used as the integration technology of heterogeneous system to build an data integration platform which support inside and outside hospital diagnosis information interoperable.The integration platform build on FHIR which tested ran for three months in the department actual environment.The platform integration convenient, interoperability is strong.And It''s helpful to solve the problem of the medical information discontinuous.
