Abstract:In order to explore the application of micro-injection technology in the preparation of the coating on titanium alloy surface, the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) coating containing triclosan was prepared on the surface of the titanium alloy by digital micro-injection system. The influence of injection parameters was studied by controlling the main parameters of voltage and frequency. The drug loaded coating was prepared with the injection parameters which were optimized. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the morphology of the coating, and to verify if the surface could meet the requirements. The drug loaded coating was placed in the PBS buffer for the vitro release experiments. And then the data were analyzed and the drug release curve was drawn. The results show that the digital micro-injection technology is feasible to prepare the drug delivery coating. The uniform and smooth coating can be obtained by adjusting the injection parameters. And the drug release curve also show that the concentration of drug reaches the effective range of inhibition.
