The Research of Individualized Modeling based on Diastolic Time for Blood Pressure
Abstract:To propose a cuff-less blood pressure measurement method based on diastolic time of photoplethysmography,it could effectively improve the estimation accuracy for wearable devices.By using linear regression between diastolic time and blood pressure, individualized blood pressure estimation model was established.Blood pressure models were built on the data from 30 volunteers and the performance of the models were tested. The experiment result showed that the mean difference and standard deviation between the estimated value and reference value were (1.859±5.640) mmHg for SBP and(1.049±6.107) mmHg for DBP,it demonstrated the feasibility of the method. Finally, the result were compared to the result from the model based on pulse transit time.It shows that the method proposed can effectively improve BP estimation accuracy while sympathetic nerve activity is strong.
