Abstract:To study the calculation algorithm of oxygen saturation based on three wavelengths. The three-wavelength (660 nm, 805 nm, 940 nm) liver reserve function detector was used as the experimental instrument. The improved pulse spectrophotometry was used as a principle and the threshold method was used to extract the AC and DC of the pulse wave.In the experiment, the oxygen saturation of the human body with different algorithms was calculated by the instrurrent and the result was comparied. The result proved that the formula from calibration curve was more accurate than the formula derived from the theory. The method of fitting the calibration curve has achieved good results and clinical relevance.
