Abstract:To explore the characteristics of the blood oxygen concentration in the prefrontal lobe from time domain and frequency domain, and the similarities and differences compared with resting state.Twenty-one subjects were randomly selected.using multi-functional near infrared brain imaging instrument to monitor the changes of blood oxygen concentration in the prefrontal lobe during the subjects in states of quiet, imagination movement or actual movement, and the data were analyzed and processed by spatial registration, curve analysis, paired sample t test and fourier spectral analysis method. The blood oxygen saturation was significantly higher than the resting state in the task state(P<0.01).The oxygen saturation in the motor imagery was higher than that in the actual exercise state.(P<0.05).The frequency of changes in blood oxygen concentration in the prefrontal lobe was generally less than 0.1 Hz.Motor imagery is more active the frontal lobe than the actual motion ,and the frequency of blood oxygen signal is very low so that it can effectively filter out the effect of heart and respiration through the low pass filter.
