Abstract:To meet the requirements of training safety, effectiveness, patient comfortability and reliability, this paper analyzed and evaluated the relationships between the doctor-patient, the equipment and the environment by using ergonomics theories from the point of the human body measurement, biomechanics, psychology, environment and so on.In particular, we carried out virtual design, simulation analysis and prototyping testing experiment based on physiological and psychological characteristics of adults, then tried to find out unreasonable structure in order to optimize it.It showed that the intelligent multi-state balance detector(IMBD) could provide safety, reliability, comfortable and good therapeutic effects. The results show that the ergonomic principles combined with the virtual prototype can be used in analyzing of designed instruments, and it can short the process of the development and save time and cost.
