Abstract:Comparative analysis of stress shielding effect for the placement of anatomical and traditional prosthesis,it provides a biomechanical basis for clinical. We randomly selected 5 femoral prosthesis implantation as traditional femoral group simulated total hip arthroplasty through Beijing Gangyan explants in Prussia limited production, and 5 randomly as femoral neck preservation of anatomical femoral prosthesis implantation group by German company LINK.The first adhesive resistance strain gauge in each measuring point of normal femoral samples,we performed Strain Electrical measurement. After waiting for the samples placed at room temperature for 24 hours without stress,we respectively into the traditional prosthesis and femoral neck preservation of anatomical specimens of normal femoral prosthesis,we measured into the traditional prosthesis group and anatomical femoral prosthesis group to measure strain values, then the calculation of the measuring point stress the value calculation of shielding rate according to the value of stress shielding rate stress formula. The stress shielding rate of proximal 1 -10 of the traditional prosthesis group was higher than that of the Implanted ana-tomic prosthesis group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).There are different effects on the prevention of stress shielding for anatomical prosthesis and traditional prosthesis, which has a significant effect on the retention of femoral neck dissection.
