Abstract：This crosslinking process of sodium hyaluronate and homemade different ratio polylactic acid microspheres were studied, Hairdressing gel for injected was successfully achieved.With different crosslinking degree and different ratio of swelling degree,rheolo-gy,osmotic pressure,performance indicators,such as dynamic viscosity,stability and sterilization on the product stability was investi-gated.Results show that this product is stable after sterilization,uniform fine,its elastic modulus,dynamic viscosity and swelling de-gree were better.And they have good prospects for clinical application.
