Research of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Assisted Adipose Tissue Transplantation

Abstract：To study the effect of supplement umbilical cord mesenchymal cells (UCMSCs)on adipose tissue transplantation.We used supplement UCMSCs to fat transplantation,then harvested the transplantation tissue at 1week,1 month,2 months after surgery, the weight of the drafted tissue was measured.HE staining was used to analysis the absorption,cysts,fibrosis within the tissue,real -time PCR was performed to detect PPAR -γ,VEGF gene expression.UCMSCs could help to increase the graft tissue weigtht and VEGF to a certain degree,though there was no statistical difference at 1week,1 month and.2 months post -transplantation.UCMSCs can not to increase vascularization and adipogenesis or decrease the absorption of the graft fat significantly,it’s still doubtful to apply UCMSCs in adipose tissue transplantation.
