Modification of Extracorporeal Circulation Circuts Prepared with Priming in off -pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

Abstract：To modify the preparation methods of the ECC circuts prepared with priming in off -pump CABG to save the medical re-sources and meet the clinical urgent need.The pipe and connector were used to connect reservoir and arterial filter and primed them with liquid and Heparin and just connected the oxygenator in urgent situation.The results showed that seven cases of 232 patients were transformed to on -pumping CABG due to hypotension.The mean time of connecting the oxygenator was 2 ~3 min.This modified con-nection methods of the ECC circuts prepared with priming can meet the urgent need of off -pumping CABG and greatly save the medi-cal resources.
