The Influence Factors of Delayed Luminescence Detection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza

Abstract：In order to study the influence factors of delayed luminescence detection and optimize the experimental conditions.De-layed luminescence detection is a new technical method in traditional Chinese medicine research which can reflect the holistic informa-tion of Chinese herbal materials,and delayed luminescence is extremely sensitive to the change of external environment.We detected the delayed luminescence kinetic decay in different conditions of water content,excitation light,excitation time and size of salvia milti-orrhiza.The delayed luminescence intensity was higher with the lower frequency of excitation light.The size of salvia miltiorrhiza was in 80~120 mesh,the stronger the delayed luminescence was,the longer the delayed time was.The determination of delayed lumines-cence influence factors will lay the foundation for the optimization of experimental conditions of delayed luminescence.
