The influence of TGF-βon Biological Behavior of Rat Postnatal Dental Messenchymall Cells

Abstract：To investigate the effects of TGF-βon proliferation and differentiation of dental mesenchymal cells.The dental mesen-chymal cells obtained from four-day postnatal SD rats were induced upon stimulation of TGF-βin vitro.MTT method and level de-tection of alkaline phosphatase were used to assess dose-effect and time-effect of TGF-βon the proliferation.TGF-βcould signifi-cantly inhibit the proliferation and stimulation of dental mesenchymal cells.TGF-βcan accelerate the proliferation and differentiation of dental mesenchymal cells.
